What tips do you guys have for sneaking in extra exercise throughout the day? I do heel raises, ballet leg lifts, and lunges while I straighten my hair.

walking instead of elevators, try brisk walking to, not just lounging around. Also try jumping squats, they are a tiring excercise that you can do anytime. you can also maybe do squats when your about to sit maybe a couple reps before actually sitting. Also do the "chair" excercise. back against the wall and acting like your sitting on a chair but your just supporting yourself - Madi 204.1 #1799 3-29-11 7:16PMLikeReply

also when doing wall squats, try to carry weights while doing it, one dumb bell on each side, put your hands(carrying the weights) and raise it towards the front of your body. Hold it for like 10-20 seconds, rest, and then do it again - Madi 204.1 #1799 3-30-11 11:03PMLikeReply
