Yes! Only on ST for me but it's making me sad because of the new changes to the ride - MTLott 81.5 #3722 5-17-11 7:51PMLikeReply
@talidoll me too! Had to close my eyes for a bit - azzyjay 19.7 #6673 5-17-11 7:53PMLikeReply
My husband is the same way. He won the AP preview, so he's going to get his ticket and then we might do an instant RAK in the park that day so I have someone to ride with. Otherwise I'm going twice ;) - CaliCanuck 528.6 #349 5-17-11 8:01PMLikeReply
I used to take Bonine when I went to the parks for possible motion sickness. Basically the same as Dramamine, but doesn't cause any drowsiness. If the motion sickness is really bad for you, you can take one the night before and one the next morning, and you should be fine :) I did that before a 4 hour small boat tour in Kauai and it worked like a charm!! - DaisyBell 674.7 #252 5-17-11 8:08PMLikeReply
Yes, but that's why I do a those here and there. - GoofyJoe 1906.6 #72 5-17-11 8:08PMLikeReply
Lisa the old Star Tours used to make me feel sick, but I went on the new one last night with no problem! - TinkPen 431.4 #456 5-17-11 8:09PMLikeReply
I can't ride Soarin bc I get so sick to my stomach and on Captain EO as well. You are not alone!!! - calimisti 9.1 #10361 5-17-11 8:10PMLikeReply
My mom gets incredibly nauseous if she just hears the word "spin"!!! She's really bad!!!!! - TinkerBritt84 24.8 #5947 5-17-11 8:10PMLikeReply
Oh Lisa me too! I can't even handle the tea cups, and TOT. I can't take anything for it either, it doesn't work for me. - PrettyPixie 760.3 #218 5-17-11 8:12PMLikeReply
Never have until the last time we went there and got it pretty bad on space mointain - beastfearn 129.7 #2931 5-17-11 8:14PMLikeReply

I do on the river boats and a tad bit on Soarin'. - DizGeek 453.6 #428 5-17-11 9:14PMLikeReply
I can so soarin' just not star tours soarin in really smooth star tours isnt tho - mommy_likes_minnie 270.8 #1061 5-17-11 9:14PMLikeReply
I was worried about that for the Gumball Rally so I loaded up on ginger. You can get pills from a health food store, candies, natural ginger ale, even ginger Altoids. Seemed to work pretty well if you're looking to go the natural route. - PrinceCorey 4333.3 #23 5-17-11 9:17PMLikeReply
GINGER works wonders! eat some 30min before. i think there also might be capsules of it too now days. pretty tough to carry a ginger root in your pocket and go nawing at it in the parks. - MrAndMrsDisney 16.8 #7233 5-17-11 9:40PMLikeReply
Hmmm.... I might have to try and see. I'm so sensitive. Got very sick on the short ride from here to Catalina with Dramamine. I might try it again though and just plan for a short DL trip. - LisaKL 748.4 #221 5-17-11 10:08PMLikeReply
@ LisaKL can you TXT me? I need to ask you something - MrBlue 232.3 #1487 5-17-11 10:09PMLikeReply
You'll be fine! Just go for it! - Zooter 1388.6 #104 5-17-11 10:10PMLikeReply
I do! I usually close my eyes on Soarin, & I couldn't stand Star Tours. - kyoto_sparkle 150.2 #2598 5-17-11 10:10PMLikeReply
Absolutely nothing bothers me! Not even Mickey's Fun Wheel's swinging cars - disneychick 235.8 #1429 5-17-11 10:16PMLikeReply
I get really motion sick at star tours. - Pixieliz 310.9 #766 5-17-11 10:19PMLikeReply
Yes. I can ride crazy roller coasters all day but those make sick. I'm just gonna have to deal with it because I have to ride Star Tours, at least once. - Minnique 597.5 #304 5-17-11 10:19PMLikeReply
I totally do. Have never done soarin and did star tours once. Can't do wheel of death and swings for that matter. @lisak me too the ride to Catalina was awful for me. - Pineapplewhip 16.2 #7379 5-17-11 10:19PMLikeReply
I do! But I'm not letting that stop me from going on my Star Tours AP preview! - JessicaRabbit33 669.3 #256 5-17-11 10:26PMLikeReply
@FoundMyPrincess hates spinning rides! I absolutely LOVE TEACUPS!! & I love spinning kids in the tire swing. & I can read, watch, type, write, etc in any moving vehicle. I guess I'm blessed with ...motion health? LOL. - PrincessSarah 170.9 #2290 5-17-11 10:27PMLikeReply
Get transderm scop, Lisa. It really works, however, it's prescription. - JediStitch 429.7 #457 5-17-11 10:35PMLikeReply
My mom took Dramamine and she was fine to go one rides. She even asked if we could go on ToT again to which I gave her a look and asked her if I liked coffee and do you even know who I am? Lol - cesium55 531.6 #347 5-17-11 10:39PMLikeReply
@PS Don't get me started on texting, reading, writing in a moving vehicle. I have wasted so many long car trips and plane rides being knocked out on drugs. - LisaKL 748.4 #221 5-17-11 10:47PMLikeReply
Oddly enough, not Soarin' or Star Tours, but Tower of Terror and Screamin' get me pretty bad. Usually nauseous for a couple hours after riding one of those two.
However, considering I do get motion sick sometimes, I'm still really worried about Star Tours 2.
Have you tried taking Dramamine or some other form of motion sickness prevention medicine? - Awesome 7.0 #12490 5-17-11 10:53PMLikeReply
My dad gets dizzy on Soarin', but always insists on riding it! I'm always so worried about him, but he loves that ride. - MaddyinDisneyland 17.0 #7191 5-17-11 10:54PMLikeReply
