My favorite place to eat is the Cafe Orleans. I love the pomme frites and monte cristo. Not only are they both delicious but it is comfort food to the max. It just makes my tummy and soul happy. - aidensmama   340.3 #822 8-16-12 8:56PM Like(5)  Reply
My most favorite place to eat is Napa Rose. I would eat there every time if I could. I can't really choose a favorite dish because the menu is seasonal and changes frequently. The food is exceptional and the service is impeccable. The cost is only a few dollars more than the Blue Bayou but you cannot put the Blue Bayou against Napa Roses food or service.  - Dahulagirl   1055.6 #221 5-27-11 6:55PM Like(3)  Reply
I agree! I've only eaten there once, but it was by far one of the best meals we've ever had, ANYWHERE! - PrincessKristin  780.8 #301 3-31-12 9:16AM
LOVE Rancho del Zorro!!!! I have the burrito w/ steak * note: I usually eat it for lunch since it is such a big meal, then snack the rest of the day - mzdisnee   575.7 #15 5-27-11 6:14PM Like(2)  Reply
I love breakfast at the Plaza. The French toast is the best I've ever had. - Missshelly   698.3 #343 5-27-11 8:43PM Like(2)  Reply
I'm a vegetarian, so it's much harder for me to find food in the parks. I usually stuck to ice cream at the golden horseshoe or a veggie burger from hungry bear. But since using MouseWait, I've found that Rancho(which I couldn't even locate before) has cheese enchiladas, Bengal BBQ has veggie kabobs and where I can find a three cheese Monte cristo. Very valuable information for my trip in T-5 days. - DelilahJo3   178.7 #2446 5-28-11 8:23AM Like(2)  Reply

My favorite meal is the veggie gumbo at Royal Street Veranda in New Orleans Square. The gumbo is thick and hearty and sits on a bed of rice in a chewy sourdough bowl. Plus- it is completely vegan! - Vegan7LuvsStitch   1057.7 #220 8-16-12 8:53PM Like(2)  Reply

The places we always have to eat at are Blue Bayou, Cafe Orleans and Rancho Del Zocalo. Blue Bayou for the atmosphere and Jambalaya, Cafe Orleans for beignets, and Rancho for tasty, big portions. For DCA, Wine Country Trattoria. Good food, good wine. 'nuff said. :-D - Fanatic4Disney   268.5 #1334 9-18-11 11:09AM Like(1)  Reply

Napa Rose is the best in the area, by far. Sit at the Chef's Counter. If Chef Alex is there, ask if he can put together a tasting menu for you. They don't normally do this, but if you ask nicely and they aren't too busy, they will take care of you. Get the wine pairing too, they have killer wines. This is a total foodie experience. Not cheap, but well worth it if you are a foodie. Probably about $300 for two all included. - Normstar   102.8 #3771 5-28-11 3:46PM Like  Reply

Plaza inn chicken dinner, the hungry bear fried green tomato sandwich with sweet potato fries, the salmon on salad and pomme fritas at cafe Orleans, any venue with a sourdough soup/salad bowl, the Thai chicken at Fortune Cookery, lastly C33 it's all great in there. Side note storyteller restaurant was very good with huge servings. - Plumiegirl   11093.1 #11 9-18-11 11:06AM Like  Reply
The BBQ at Big Thunder Ranch has to be my favorite if I'm REALLY hungry, but you can't beat Blue Bayou for the best atmosphere hands down! - deejayque   261.5 #1397 9-18-11 11:12AM Like  Reply
I must repeat what many have already said regarding plaza inn and cafe Orleans, as a semi-budget conscious choice. For those attempting to eat on an even slimmer dime, I have to give a shout out to tortilla joes in dtd. They have a nacho app that fed three of us for dinner for $11.95! Also, following a big lunch, my hubs and I love to get a turkey leg, pickle, and pineapple spear. Really weird combo, but I crave it all year long;) - LittleAprilShowers   593.1 #408 9-18-11 11:27AM Like  Reply

The Blue Bayou inside the Park. Love their Monte Cristo & Clam Chowder and their Surf and Turf. But they are getting very expensive and don't allow you to get just soup or salads. Entrees only. Outside, I love the Napa Rose, the Filet Mignon and the Ono are superb. Great food and atmosphere. - splashphotoCM   885.6 #253 9-18-11 12:26PM Like  Reply

Filet Mignon from the Blue Bayou :) It is absolutley delicious. I like my steak cooked very well and the waiter listened very closely, and when he brought the steak back, told me the chef "butterfly cooked" the meat so that it was cooked all the way through. Paired with potatoes, jambalaya and seasonal vegetables, it is to die for!  - cmshel   187.3 #2338 3-31-12 9:52AM Like  Reply

Depends on how much money I have lol. If I'm balling that day I like Napa Rose. Andrew Sutton and all the chefs there will make you a special veggie meal if there's nothing on the menu that you like-now that's service!! If I'm having a not so fancy day I like to eat at Royale Street (corn chowder) or wine country trattoria-also VERY vegetarian friendly. - missariel33   2115.9 #95 6-30-13 5:28PM Like  Reply
