Did they change the requirements for a GAC (Guest Assistance Card) card? We are taking my older uncle with Downs Syndrome in a wheelchair and he has problems with his immune system. They had no prob last year but I remember someone saying it had changed now. I keep getting a busy signal when I call DL.
