Why would you tell her you were going to DL of you knew you weren't? Kinda cruel. - MagicalCaprice 480.7 #381 8-3-11 10:51PMLikeReply
My daughter was to. The point where I would go from the 91 e to 5s and she would say deeneeland she's 2.5 yrs old. We would frequent the pareek at least twice a week a few months back. - kameleongt 180.5 #2126 8-3-11 11:58PMLikeReply
Aww that's kinda sad.. My 2 year old knows what DL is and he would be crushed :( - TigerLily 228.0 #1521 8-3-11 11:58PMLikeReply
Sorry I make it a rule not to judge without knowing all the facts but you put it out on the burner.
FUNNY?? Of all the child abuse cases I investigated this comes closest to being the oddest intentional emotional abuse of a child I've ever heard of!
You know kids remember more than you think they do. Would you find it funny if your child got older and picked you up and told you that you're going to live in their house so they could take care of you but really drop you off at a convalescent home! - Romec123aKaSmartyPants 641.5 #262 8-4-11 12:14AMLikeReply
Wow, I'm sorry. I'm usually not one to judge or comment on stuff like this. But, I would never do that to my kids! I think that's just mean! And @romec123 ! - Maddheather 147.5 #2606 8-4-11 12:28AMLikeReply
I remember couple days ago u posted woohoo going to parks Aug 3rd. So u even lied to us?! I would never do that to my kids just wrong on so many levels. @romec123 brava! - Cricket 224.4 #1561 8-4-11 12:32AMLikeReply
Geeze that was kinda cruel and I didn't catch the funny part ??? - MERMAID- MOMMY 15.7 #7307 8-4-11 12:51AMLikeReply
This was earlier: "heading out to DTD tonight with the fam just to get a small disney fix since my ap is blocked!" After telling us this & the short convo that followed I don't get why you would be dishonest to your child.

Kids are really smart. Mine is 18 months old and understands a lot more than people would give a toddler credit for. I'd hate to start off my parent-child relationship by breaking her trust. It's so important too.. Especially at this age. - FindMeAtTheCove 237.4 #1385 8-4-11 2:48AMLikeReply
Come on, guys. I tell my young siblings white lies all the time if it's necessary. We don't know all the facts, and it isn't our place to judge. This is what everyone is talking about about keeping this group a family. - GoldenEilonwy 167.3 #2309 8-4-11 3:09AMLikeReply
ok peopel i oppologize for the comment. i wasnt being a mean mommy for not actually takin my lil to dland. trust me i would have jumpes right in the park if i wasnt blocked. we just decided to go to dtd for alil strole told her we where gonn go to dland didnt think she would understand dtd. thats why i just said dland. but i oppoligize for those who thought that was mean of me for sayin that to my baby! - GiGiMouse 215.9 #1671 8-4-11 8:01AMLikeReply
i dont want u guys to think i was being mean after reading some of ur post i felt bad didnt want to come out crule. - GiGiMouse 215.9 #1671 8-4-11 8:03AMLikeReply
I don't think this mom meant to be mean to her kid at all. And the harsh words just suck. Remember there is a person on the other side of your computer screen. - DisneyBride°O° 424.2 #449 8-4-11 8:17AMLikeReply
@disneybride thanx i really wasnt tryin to come out crule i did post an appology for thw ones that thout it was mean and ur right after reading some post people can be really harsh on what they gotta say kinda hurt my feelings just reading some post towards me

I can understand telling your daughter that you were going to DL because you didn't think she'd understand DTD. But she clearly knew the difference. And seeing how bad she wanted to get into DCA and thinking it was funny, made it sound cruel. I'm very sorry that what I said hurt your feelings, at the time o commented I was very upset about your post. I hope you can forgive me and I hope you stick around. I would love to see your future additions to the lounge. - MagicalCaprice 480.7 #381 8-4-11 8:39AMLikeReply
:-(. Like I mentioned before in your other post we can't even go to DTD when we are in the area because our 3 year old thinks it is a part of Disneyland. There is no way we could explain to her about blackout days or expired pass and she would understand. So the rest of us have to skip it, even though we love just DTD too. - PrincessDuckie 735.4 #218 8-4-11 8:47AMLikeReply
WTF? Child Abuse? At least she was able to take her child to see the fireworks. Most kids aren't so lucky. You don't know her situation and to pass judgement as radically as you have is uncalled for. You people have some serious elitist issues and aren't half the human being as her. Princess*Giselle , rock on... I'm done with this site. - DisneyGroom 82.7 #3663 8-4-11 8:49AMLikeReply
You just have no sense of humor Lisa! You should try tying a can to a cat's tail sometime....laughs for days! - Robynlaurel 650.6 #255 8-4-11 8:53AMLikeReply

I understand now. I totally and completely accept your apology. And I'm sorry I rushed judgment on you. I was totally in the wrong. I hope you can accept my apology. - MagicalCaprice 480.7 #381 8-4-11 9:09AMLikeReply
I think I see waht you tried to say..give your kid a little more credit. Kids are smarter than some think... maybe next time you can try explaining it to her that you are goung to dtd, the place close to dl - luvMickey 583.6 #300 8-4-11 9:11AMLikeReply
