I really hate cats and have been lucky enough so far not to see one at one of my favorite places on the planet, I know they control the mice and that is good, I just really hope I never see one there - dizzylandjunky 224.9 #1566 8-19-11 11:07PMLikeReply
I saw one on my last visit! He was sooo cute. He was running into the bushes in front of the castle. He was white and had spots. I swear he had a mickey shape spot on its head. Ill post the picture in a little. - NeverlandTink 423.1 #457 8-19-11 11:25PMLikeReply
I saw a cute gray and black cat by the main entrance at closing. 2 girls were trying to pet the cat but the cat wasn't having it. The cat was fast. - rainbowlite 13.5 #8019 8-20-11 12:35AMLikeReply
LOL! Yeah, the kittens we saw were very cautious, but still played in front of us with the peanut butter pretzels we gave them - they thought they were toys :) - Alicewhoareyou 1392.2 #99 8-20-11 1:16AMLikeReply

We love seeing the cats at the park! It's good for ray control, environmentally safe and fun to see. I know some people do not care for them and that's ok. To each their own. We've seen the brown cat over at Hungry Bear and she was very friendly and came up to us and let us pet her! I'll have to see if my wife has her pic on the phone of me petting her and put it up here. - no1goof 247.0 #1281 8-20-11 4:11AMLikeReply

I've seen one at Hungry Bear and one ar WWS. They both let me pet them. Could be because I was feeding them. Lol. - MXPrincess399 678.5 #246 8-20-11 10:57AMLikeReply
I was sitting in front of the castle on one of the benches towards Snow White's Well waiting for the rest of my family late one night and saw one come out of the bushes and look at me. Didn't want any attention though, darted into a different batch of bushes when it saw me. It got pretty good into the open before it noticed me and it didn't help that my family was noisily making their way to be right after it saw me. I think I remember it being a tortoise shell one. I know it was multicolored though. - Autoalice 159.6 #2449 8-20-11 12:33PMLikeReply

There are a few cats there in condor flats behind the train next to taste pilots. There is a cat house. My father-inlay works in the mechanics shop back stage and loves cats he grows cat nip at home. So he fills old scocks with dried out cat nip. A few of his socks have been dragged off by the cats. He can get close to a few of them while they play with the cat nip. - mexman 12.9 #8225 8-20-11 1:16PMLikeReply
@mexman, your catnip story is great! We'll have to look for the orange one by Pooh Corner next time we're in the park. - Alicewhoareyou 1392.2 #99 8-20-11 1:47PMLikeReply

The cat box in DCA is behind the train that serves ice cream. As you walk into condor flats there is a pile of rocks to the right go around the rocks into the seating area for taste pilots. Down by the train wheels there is a gray box with a hole on the side. Two or 3 cats live there. Pest control for taste pilots and grizzly. From what my father in law says they do collect them sometimes and spay and neuter test for disease then let them go. Black cats hang out by the secret semetary for HM. - mexman 12.9 #8225 8-21-11 2:40AMLikeReply
