Question: My husband and I just purchased annual passes online, and we're wondering where in the park you go to get the actual card and what the hours are to get the card. Thank you!!!

All you have to do is go to any ticket window or customer service window. Then you go to the Photo Pass area to get your pic taken. The pic won't be on your pass but it pops up when you enter the park. Enjoy! - Tweedle_Deedee228.2 #1294 9-18-11 1:58PMLike Reply

We renewed my daughter's pass and it didn't have her picture on it but it DID have a link for a photopass.
