He is the cutest! My son saw this picture and fell in love with his costume, how did you make the star speeder? - MarshaMouse 5036.1 #27 10-1-11 5:24PMLike(1)Reply
@marshamouse all it is a small cardboard box from home depot that I got out of the recycle trash. Lots of extra strength duct tape, box cutter, spray adhesive glue to stick on the cut out cardboard details, scissors, acrylic paints and the straps are thick cotton straps from joann's fabrics. I had a small toy of the shop from star trader which helped a lot ($4.95) but the Disney Family site also has a free printout of the ship which was good for the details http://tinyurl.com/3n355p7. I had to last minute counterwait the front of the ship's weight by filling up the hollow back side panels with dried kidney beans . It's small so that he could still sit down with it and wear a safety belt. - Polkadobo 384.7 #595 10-1-11 7:30PMLike(1)Reply
