We saw Beauty and the Beast yesterday for my daughters 9 th birthday! It was our first time watching it on the large screen, and in 3D it was terrific!
I'm debating on seeing this today. I have the movie and have seen it a billion times of course, but wonder if the 3D graphics are epic enough to spend the money to see instead of, let's say, The Iron Lady (who, by the way isn't married to Iron Man) or The Artist. - RadioMaverick  526.7 #218 1-22-12 9:49AM Like  Reply
it was worth it to see it on the big screen, regardless of the 3d. wasn't as visually cool as lion king but I'm pretty in love with the movie. - missgoofy  367.8 #375 1-22-12 10:17AM
@radioMaverick I was ambivalent about seeing a movie that I worn out on both VHS and DVD But.... I really wanted to see the tangled short (was fantastic fun) yet was curious to see B&B on the big screen after all these years. I was blown away!! So worth it. The whole movie was upgraded in color, sound, the music seem to have more orchestra. I got my money worth and time well spent. I used a costco 8$ coupon and paid for the 3d glasses. Highly recommend seeing this movie. - Plumiegirl  3306.9 #10 1-22-12 10:25AM Like  Reply
