Ok it's the end of week 4 with WW and I'm 3 lbs lighter. When I entered my weight into the tracker it told me I was losing to fast. What the heck I'm just following the program. Any advise???
I've gotten that message a few times as well, I do WW online. Just make sure you are meeting your daily points and you'll be fine. Just so you know on WW they say "healthy: weight lose is .5 to 2 a week. I have also gotten that message on weeks that I lose more. No worries but just so you know they consider that not healthy for whatever reason. Are you getting in all your oils and all your dairys EVER single day. I guesse they feel that drastic weight lose all at once will not teach you the life style changes you need to make for life sorta thing. I just want to say that it's generally nothing to worry about if you lose more than 2 pounds/week every once in awhile, especially at the beginning or if you're just losing 2.5 or 3 pounds. However, it's dangerous for any length of time if you're not being closely monitored by a physician. Some physicians will recommend extreme dieting or even surgery in extreme cases if the benefits of rapid weightloss outweigh the risks of obesity. My mother-in-law is on a very low-cal diet, but she's on a program with Kaiser and goes in for meetings with a doctor, EKGs and has her blood drawn for testing regularly. - Spoonful_O_Sugar 526.0 #335 3-3-12 7:16AMLikeReply
