Hi mousewaiters, Anyone know if/when the sword in the stone/Merlin show takes place? Do they still do it? We haven't seen it happen yet and there seems to be a lot of conflicting info on the Internet.
they don't do it anymore, ever since a young banana pulled the sword out of the stone and caused lots of butthurt to all around. - chris.  2507.3 #24 3-9-12 11:39AM Like(3)  Reply

I loved that show... Well the stone is still there and I don't see why they can't bring it back... Who knows maybe one day they will bring it back :0) - Singh2011  178.8 #1879 3-9-12 11:45AM Like(1)  Reply

I wish they still did this, now that I have kids of my own it would've been nice to see them try to pull the sword out too!! - 619HeatherMouse  221.6 #1340 3-9-12 12:24PM Like  Reply
With Elizabeth staying on the throne into perpetuity and William waiting in the wings, England is not lacking a monarch, so the sword ceremony is not currently needed :-) - MelodyMouse  941.9 #93 3-9-12 12:48PM Like  Reply
