I have never been on storybrook canals or eaten at blue bayou. What are some rides or eateries that are Disneyland essentials that you are bummed you've never taken time to do?

Their mozzerella sticks are AMAZING! They are not on the menu, and when you ask for them, the CM will give you the obligatory "those will take about 15 minutes to make"...don't let that deter you.
