For those of you in the know, how crowded is it during the grad night days during daytime? We're arriving next Friday afternoon, which is a grad night day, and I'm worried about getting in. Thanks!
As far as I know this is the first year they've mixed the regular day crowd and the Grads.  They usually entered after the park was cleared.  I don't know if anyone knows what to really expect.

I was there yesterday during the afternoon and it wasn't too bad. You definately saw them (all wearing the 'Just Graduated' buttons), but it didn't seem like there were a lot of them.

did you stay into the evening?? I'll be there on a grad night as well and am wondering what the whole experience will be. Not really worried or bothered, just curious to hear from someone who has experienced it. :) Please and thank you. - LovemesomeDoleWhip  108.7 #3654 5-10-12 11:13AM
Yesterday was the first one so in a few weeks you could see bigger crowds. The groups we saw (matching tshirts or buttons) all had a chaperone (or 2 or 3) with them. If I hadn't of known it was a grad day/night, I wouldn't have noticed. It wasn't that crowded and actually emptied out a bit after 7pm. - Gia  802.2 #284 5-10-12 11:23AM
I'm going tomorrow after school at around 3ish? I'm worried too! :( - EwokLuver   74.1 #4345 5-10-12 11:29AM Like  Reply
Well what time do they let the grads in at? I figured if there ceremony is at night it usually last about 2-3 hours so I'm guessing they wouldn't be at the parks till about 10? I'm hitting the parks tommorrow I night around 6:30 and anxious to know when the grads start coming so I can knock out as many rides as can before they swamp the joint. - nickb92   69.6 #4466 5-10-12 11:30AM Like  Reply
My daughter has one later this month. They are going in right after breakfast. Not sure what each schools plan is. But as far as I understand it there is no set time. They can enter any time all day. - LovemesomeDoleWhip  108.7 #3654 5-10-12 11:42AM

Strange that people saw groups of graduates with chaperones if it wasn't grad night. Wonder what that was all about. Maybe they weren't doing the after closing thing?? - LovemesomeDoleWhip  108.7 #3654 5-10-12 11:44AM
Most grad nights are nit after their ceremony any more. MY school is going today. Leaving around 1. It's a 4-41/2 hour drive. So they will be there around 5:30 til 3am. They have a strict dress code and lots of chaperones. They are very excited. - sewedna   579.0 #413 5-10-12 11:46AM Like  Reply
