Hello! First post here. I'm a mommy to a 5 month and gained too much weight while pregnant. I thought i could eat whatever I wanted and now I am paying for it. A month prior to finding out I was pregnant my Dr told me I had cholesterol. So since I had the clearance from my doctor to start to work out (c-section) I have been non-stop minus two weeks of working out. My goal is to lose 15 pounds by the end of the summer. Not sure if it's possible since I'm only losing 2 pounds per month :(. Have any suggestions what I can do that helps burn calories faster :) ?
Congrats on your new baby! I also gained too much weight with my babies, they are 4 and 5. Any weight loss is loss. I know that it's frustrating when it's so slow. Welcome! Here's how I see it- it took 9 months to gain the weight so it'll take at least that long to take it off. 😉 Calorie counting and going on long walks has always helped me lose weight.
