AshleyLynn22 and I are hoping to loose 15 pounds by August 30th(My birthday) Any suggestions? Im thinking a gluten free diet, which helps with my health problems anyway. So it might be a double whammy. I tend to loose motivation so i think i need help haha
Hi! It's super easy to lose motivation! Pick a plan that is easy to stick with. Set small goals that are reasonable. Reward yourself with non-food items (new outfit, manicure) along the way. My best advise is going back to basics with food. I try to avoid creamy sause in a jar or I make the sause myself from scratch. Lots of veggies and fruits. Avoid mostly whites(bread,rice). Drink lots of water (8 cups). Spicy food or hot sauce help jump your metabolism. Mostly I try to avoid sugar. I have coffee with some half and half and no sugar. If you do a gluten free diet try to stay away from packaged/prepared gf foods. Usually very high in calories due to a lot of sugar. I am gluten free because of Celiac and haven't lost any weight. (Um could be cuz I do eat the prepared foods!) - sewgirl   342.6 #806 6-8-12 10:02PM Like  Reply
