Hi! I'm loving my annual pass(my gift to me for losing 125lbs). I also love that I can still stay on plan while being at DL. I ate with a friend at the River Belle Terrace and had a kids meal that came with a small sandwich, fruit, and milk. Because I did so well with that I decided to treat myself to popcorn. I have also been bringing my ww pedometer with me to track my steps. It's real exciting to see how many miles I walk while being there. I have discovered that I can be at DL and don't have to indulge in every bad treat there is. How does everyone else do while being there? Do you find it easy or hard staying on plan?
I only get to go to Disneyland once or twice a year, for me I do indulge. I walk a lot and try not to go crazy, but I will have my favorite fried chicken for sure. :) It would be different if I could go more frequently. I go a couple times a year--I definitely don't eat everything I love on each trip, but I do indulge. I find that sharing meals and snacks with my husband is a great way to save money and calories, but have a few of the foods I enjoy. Also, we rarely do a big breakfast: generally, we have oatmeal and Jamba Juice or the spinach and egg white sandwich from Starbucks, so I start the day feeling good! - Spoonful_O_Sugar  439.1 #288 6-7-12 7:31AM Like  Reply
Great weight loss! Good for you! I count on walking A LOT when at the parks. My friend and I went a few weeks ago and put in 13 miles in one day! (MW meetup days are considerably less because we sit or stand around talking!). I don't worry about my plan too much while I'm there. In a full day, I'll usually eat one really good meal, and mini meals throughout the day. Eating too much makes me feel icky anyway, so I don't over eat! The last time, I had toast before I left home, and had a Dole Whip for "breakfast" once we got there. We had our favorite/big meal about 5 at Zocalo and in between just grabbed snacks or split smaller meals. - Gia  794.2 #122 6-7-12 9:06AM Like  Reply

I usually do one meal .. A kids meal then snack throughout the day and get one treat.. I also wear mr pedometer and try to drink plenty of water throughout the day..
