This thread post is guilty of Slander and Defamation. Both of which are criminal offenses. Slander and Defamation charges need for there to be damages present for each offense. Reputation , ie the damage of a reputation, is cause enough for both charges to be used against MouseWait.com. This thread calls out an individual by name and accuses him of offenses that they cannot prove. As this post shows, anyone can assume the identity of anyone on Youtube or Mousewait, they just need a proxy server and an email address. This thread hurts the reputation of Kevin and while an IP search can link multiple accounts back to a proxy server address, no one has any proof that Kevin is behind any of them physically. While Mousewait.com says in its FAQ that it is not responsible for any posts made on this site, that does not allow the site to have zero liability from its members breaking the law as it is still liable as a service/distributor. It is so suggested that this thread be deleted immediately and MouseWait Staff (Admin) make a post saying that Slander/Defamation of any MouseWait affiliate (current or old) with use of their real names shall be prohibited. That also goes with anyone reporting this incident to Disney or Disneyland affiliate (those threatening to tell security/customs.) Incident reports will be filed at each report given against Kevin and your real names will be on those reports. Slander without proof is a crime and it says that the statement you are filing is 100% true. With the "anyone can make a youtube account and pretend to be someone else," no one can say 100% that it was Kevin who threatened anyone. Lying to boarder patrol is a criminal offense and make no mistake if he is turned away, we will seek action against those who reported falsely to boarder patrol. I'm so impressed by you both and thankful that you got him! My own detective work did not move quickly without a computer at home. I cannot tell you the immense sense of peace this post gives me. When the YouTube posts surfaced after his threats, comments and video it made me realize how seriously the threats must be taken. Aaron spent a lot of time reassuring me about Canadian law the past few days as I tried to find a name to report. I felt even more protective and defensive with these last threats to this family than I did with the previous ones directed toward me. No one, NO ONE should ever be threatened with violence to the point that they fear for their safety. It doesn't matter who you like or dislike or who you feel has bullied you. Physical violence, threats and terror is never the answer. I began on MW when the whole Fossil mess was basically coming to a close. I barely knew anyone and gave him the benefit of the doubt but if proof is now uncovered that he's linked to these threats, I am both disheartened and shocked and repulsed quite frankly.
