I packet WW French Vanilla Smoothie mix, mixed with 2 egg whites. Cook like a pancake in a nonstick pan. Mix 2 wedges Laughing Cow Light original Swiss ( which tastes nothing like Swiss...lol) with a splash of Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup. Top crepe with sliced strawberries and sweetened cheese mixture. Yum!! - vernswifevickie350.5 #412 6-10-12 8:21AMLike Reply

Okay...the thing I'm taking away from this is the use of the Laughing Cow cheese! Brilliant! What else do you do with it? - msdizmaui519.0 #224 6-11-12 11:39PMLike Reply
I use laughing cow for so many things! I use it to make Mac-n-cheese with shirataki noodles...which would work with your South Beach plan too. I also use it as a spread on toasted bagel thins and I eat it with apples. I love the stuff! - vernswifevickie 350.5 #412 6-12-12 4:36PM
We go through a lot of Laughing Cow cheese, lol. I like it on my sandwiches--it's a nice, low cal alternative to mustard (I hate mayo). Vickie, the mac and cheese sounds so good! - Spoonful_O_Sugar 436.3 #285 6-12-12 9:10PM
So do we. I buy it in the multi packs at Costco. I use it as a spread on sandwiches as well. And it's 1 point for two wedges!! Win!! - vernswifevickie 350.5 #412 6-13-12 6:41AM
How do you do the mac-n-cheese? I'm so not creative - my entire Laughing Cow "usage" was either on bagels or celery! - msdizmaui 519.0 #224 6-14-12 1:02AM
I'm tried shirataki noodles before, but never as a mac n cheese dish. I'm interested. - Mrs.mouse 420.9 #306 6-14-12 2:38AM
