Really? Don't you think thats pushing it a bit? But to answer your question, theoretically you can go to the parking structure as early as you want because it will be open for guests who are attending the park on the 14th. YES, basically the parking structure will be open all night !! If you want to be first or one of the first in line, I would hang around the line area till they allow you to get in line. Bring a beach chair, blanket, and some snacks. Although it sounds crazy, so many other people will be there doing the same thing. Have fun!!
