Once again guys, RSR is not running right now. Ride shut down due to technical difficulties and people being escorted off ride. The ride is going to be a much longer wait than posted. Hopefully it will be back up soon!

A little reminder CUT and PASTED from the MW FAQ: "NO COMPLAINING: There are a lot of places you can go to complain about Disney, we really don’t want to hear about it here. Also if you have an issue about how MouseWait is run or anything of that nature, send a support request to us instead of voicing your concern in the Lounge. People use the Lounge as a “getaway” and that is why our goal is to keep the Lounge in a positive, vacation style atmosphere. Here's the way I used to put it in perspective for guests. Remember back in the 90's when we all played gameboys and when you turned them on it took a minute to warm up? Well basically our attractions work in that same manor. If something goes wrong we have to shut it down then power it back up and it takes some time to get it running again. And almost anything can take an attraction down. I remember TSMM going down once for 6 hours because of an orange. Trust me when I say it's just as frustrating for CM's as it is for guests when attractions go down but we do everything we can to get them running again as soon as possible. - lostgirl7988 697.8 #340 6-15-12 2:07PMLike(4)Reply
It is human nature for people to complain. They use this app to reach out to others who might feel the same. People hardly ever read notices or signs as they rather go by what they themselves feel is right. It's not always the attractions themselves actually breaking down either. I've been there often when a CM will tell you the not-so-magical truth. While most will tell you "the snakes got out and Indie is rounding them up", some will tell you that some numbnut dropped their cell or purse on the track. Technical difficulties are great! We rode it three times in a row last weekend, saw people get walked off and I think I found a hidden mickey inside the "fuel"door. A Lille peak behind the magic curtain we rarely see at disneyland. Plus RSR had soda and ice cream vendor in the line!! Ok. I just saw how far along this post came. That was not complaining by any stretch of the imagination. I also was not being negative, but it was "negative" information about a ride closure, and it appears I broke terms of service by trying to inform MW'rs deep in line for RSR why the line wasn't budging?
I think we all know what complaining is and I trust we all have common sense on that issue.
Now ifsome folks want me to complain, it would be over the fact that some lounge users have been unnecessarily jumping on happy MA'rs for no good reason at all.
I think most of usknow what I'm talking about.
So if it sounded like I was complaining, I wasn't. And if for some strange reason you get that impression, just read my post in Mickey Mouse's voice and I think that problem will resolve itself.
