I have an AP question. I bought my passes right before they went up in price but I am not going until July. In error they sent me my passes (the actual card) with the expiration date 1 year from when I purchased it in May. I have called 3 different times and was told that when I get to DL I have to go to the ticket booth and have them reissue me new passes with a new expiration date. Has anyone experienced this problem?
Didn't have it happen like this but I bought my sons a month before we used it. While at the booth the cm had his lead override and gave us my sons ap that expired 1 year after our first use. - PopcornYeti377.6 #358 6-19-12 7:27PMLike Reply
They did tell me to make sure I do not use the pass for any discounts or anything until I go to the park for the 1st time. We are getting there on a Saturday and are blocked out but I wanted to use the discounts for shopping and eating in Downtown. I'm glad that they informed me not to use it.
