I need some advice! I've been waking up at 4:45 am to get my workout in early (my husband's schedule changed and this is the only time we can work out together; plus, it's just too hot in the afternoon now). We've been doing this for about two weeks: two days we run 5 miles, two days we bike for about an hour and a half, and two days we go to the gym for weights and a little cardio. My body is just NOT adjusting! My husband slipped into this routine so easily, but I'm crabby and have a hard time getting my body to wake up, even after our workout begins. Does anyone have any tips for helping your internal clock to adjust a little bit? How can I wake my body up and not feel like a truck ran over me!? Lol.
