It's really ok, Vickie. You might not get 100% "on plan" for a little while, but--really--don't be too hard on yourself at this point. Try to make more healthy choices than unhealthy ones and maybe go for walks or bike rides to clear your mind. But, also, it might be a good idea to try not to count every little thing or stress out too much over food at this point. Sometimes, you do need a mental rest from all that. I agree with the others. Right now you just need to live in the moment and concentrate on taking care of yourself. Your workout schedule and eating plan will "normalize" in time.
