Which character dining experience is the best "bang for your buck"? I think Minnie & Friends was worth the money and I have a trip coming up with friends who have never done character dining. Should we opt for this or is there one you guys think is better?
Goofys kitchen hands down in my book for lunch or dinner. Minnie for breakfast - girlzstylin227.0 #1286 7-12-12 2:28PMLike(1) Reply
Minnie and friends was my favorite. There was a wide variety of characters and we loved taking our pic on the front porch. - SjRox82256.0 #947 7-12-12 1:57PMLike Reply
I've only ever done the Minnie and Friends breakfast and I loved it. I thought the food was pretty good, and I felt the characters spent a lot of time with us and they stoppe my more than once. I just don't have any other character dining experiences to compare it to. Haha - PiecesOf8 373.2 #369 7-12-12 2:02PM
I've always enjoyed the Minnie and Friends, but Ariel's Grotto is great if you have a little princess in tow. My niece loved having all the princesses come out and say happy birthday to her. - NotNKansasAnymor177.3 #1902 7-12-12 2:06PMLike Reply
LOVED the Plaza Inn! You get the DL atmosphere, it wasn't crazy crowded, good food, and all the characters come to you! We got 8 characters in no time at all! My little guy loved it and I truly think it was the highlight of my trip
- with no crowds or waiting!

Surfs Up with Mickey at the PCH Grill is my favorite. You get to see some characters you don't see around the parks much. And the breakfast was pretty delicious! - MrLeeFromDisney259.4 #916 7-12-12 2:15PMLike Reply
I agree with Surf's Up. Not many people go to that one, so you get more character interaction time (I don't always like to share...lol). - susieQzee 480.9 #247 7-12-12 2:26PM
I've heard some great things about this one. Do you remember what character you saw there? - PiecesOf8 373.2 #369 7-12-12 2:31PM
We met Stitch, Lilo, Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and Donald. They're all dressed in beach/Hawaiian attire, and they call the kids to the front for surf lessons and dancing. Naturally, I joined them! - susieQzee 480.9 #247 7-12-12 2:49PM

Thanks for your input guys! I think it's between Surf's Up and Goofy's! - PiecesOf8373.2 #369 7-12-12 4:05PMLike Reply
Character and entertainment wise we LOVED Surfes Up but food wise Goofy's Kitchen is Hands Down Amazing. Minnie's Breakfast was weak on characters and so very sad on the food, with the highlight being getting the park early. - rexy650255.9 #950 7-12-12 4:13PMLike Reply
