Trips to Disneyland are 1) my best motivation and 2) my biggest downfall while losing weight. I always want to lose weight before I go, and then I always want to eat when I'm there. After my last trip I had gained quite a bit back, but now I'm on track again. Just wanted to come say hi. Someone told me that calories don't exist at DL!! 😏 I wish that were true! I totally understand where you're coming from. I'm going in Sept and all I can think about is all the food I want to eat- churros, popcorn, pickles, Mickey pancakes, fried chicken from the Plaza Inn, ribs, black pearls... I was once told that it was still a success when you are losing weight to just stop gaining weight. So sometimes when I get totally off track and see the numbers start to creep up I just let myself feel successful by just staying at a weight before I tackle losing.
