Help! I can't seem to lose any lbs. For the last month nothing what am I doing wrong? I track my points don't go over never use my weekly points please help me understand what I'm doing wrong. HELP!
I believe that's hitting the dreaded "plateau". When this happens to me, I switch up my exercising routines (ex. Workout for 15 minutes longer, add a new workout, etc.) or I try to go carb free for a few days. Hope this helps! - PirateQueenBriezy294.2 #802 7-31-12 9:14PMLikeReply
