They vary. There are different levels of corporate memberships. There is an individual membership for, you guessed it... individuals. Each type of membership carries it's own member fees and annual dues. The fees and dues are obviously quite high... Corporate is more than individual, but they are all in the tens of thousands. They don't post the fees from what I can tell. After you send them a letter asking for info, they reply 8 to 10 weeks later with fee info. But the fees might change when you are accepted as a member.
