#foodreview Flo's V8 Cafe. We came here for breakfast. The top photo is the chicken tamale breakfast plate. The scrambled eggs were the typical, cooked in large quantities scrambled eggs. Nothing to really write home about. The tamale itself was ok. The poco de gallo and chile verde sauce was a nice compliment to the tamale. The tamale was decent in flavor and consistency. Was not the best tamale I have eaten by a longshot, but satisfying enough for an in park breakfast. The bottom photo is the children's waffle breakfast with turkey bacon. The waffles were nice and crisp. Downside was that the syrup was the ore packaged kind. But i doubt your child will care that much. Turkey bacon was good, and the fruit was, well, fruit. Overall, a pleasant breakfast experience, albeit rather lackluster. The view from Flo's is spectacular, so I would recommend eating here if you are in Carsland and are hungering for some breakfast.
