Hope this is the right forum to ask. When I am on the Mousewait website via my Mac, I can't see any photos posted in the lounge. I can see the details/comments but no photos. I have no issues via my phone. I am bummed because I love to see all the photos while I am home too. Any help would greatly be appreciated! Hope everyone is having a wonderful day!
hmm.... what operating system are you running on? ALso are you using Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, or... *shudders* internet explorer? - BooEve123   800.9 #288 9-6-12 9:51AM Like  Reply
Safari - LynniePooh  238.0 #1656 9-6-12 9:54AM
See if another browser causes the same issue. I'd suggest chrome. Report back with results - CM_Shadowgamer  2686.8 #66 9-6-12 9:57AM
when you go up to the top left corner and click the apple > About this Mac what version are you running? Also do you know if you are on snow lepard, tiger ( there is a bunch of kitties lol) - BooEve123  800.9 #288 9-6-12 9:58AM
Not sure how to get a different browser, I will try to figure that one out and report back. Thank you for the idea :-) - LynniePooh  238.0 #1656 9-6-12 9:59AM
I have no issues with safari and pics. Do you have them turned off on the MW website? I know you can do that with the mobile version. Not sure about the website - KissDclown  1089.2 #212 9-6-12 10:00AM
Okay downloading Chrome, will let you know, thanks for the quick response!! - LynniePooh  238.0 #1656 9-6-12 10:00AM
@KissDclown, do you know where I can see if I have them turned off on Safari, thank you :-) - LynniePooh  238.0 #1656 9-6-12 10:01AM
Not safari...on the MW website. I'm not sure if the option is also available there to turn off photos. Youcan turn them off on the mobile version. Check your MW account too - KissDclown  1089.2 #212 9-6-12 10:09AM
Working as intended since Macs "just work". In all seriousness though, we need to know which OS and broader you're using to help out. - CM_Shadowgamer   2686.8 #66 9-6-12 9:56AM Like  Reply
