The down side was there is only one machine( looks like a small ATM) and if someone has a problem with it no one can use it until a CM arrives.which took almost a half hour. I sat on the floor and used one of the only two outlets in the building. My phone wasn't holding a charge because I had MW running as well as a GPS app logging my walk for exercise. It depends on the model you get. I have the IMP120D. It is a dual port external battery pack. It takes 10 hours to charge the unit the first time but will charge an iPhone 4/4s 7-8 times! It will charge an iPhone 5 5-6 times. That model runs around $80.00.
