News ## This year at the Big Thunder Ranch petting farm we will have two new additions to the family: a miniature Hereford cow and a black lamb. They will be in the area starting mid-November (I'd guess sometime close to the start of Holiday season). The pardoned turkeys and Santa's reindeer will not be available for viewing this year. I can't wait to see pictures of the new animals! (Taken from The Hub, the CM website)

This is kind of sad. Although, I remember overhearing people complaining about the smell of the reindeer last year when I was there. Didn't bother me, but wondering if this has something to do with it. I didn't even think of that, however they are animals and it is in a petting zoo location. Can't keep it smelling like roses all the time. Even Main Street sometimes ends up smelling like a barn, but it just reminds me of the county fair at home. - IDVandalSkipperCM  1298.6 #63 10-12-12 9:39PM
