#WDW New Fantastland (still super jealous): Menus for Be Our Guest are now available online - http://tinyurl.com/av6uoua Here's an excerpt from the Disney blog article: There are bound to be favorites on Chef Michael Deardorff’s menu. Let’s start with the cupcakes and cream puffs. But lunchtime’s classic croque monsieur (hot ham and cheese) is an insider favorite, as well as the grilled steak sandwich with pommes frites (French fries). At dinner, the fare gets a little more sophisticated with dishes such as steamed mussels, sautéed shrimp and scallops in puff pastry and a pork rack chop. Wines and French or Belgian beers pair nicely with all the dishes at dinner.
