My little guy is just getting over being sick. Vicks, cool mist humidifier, and Hylands cough and cold. It's homeopathic and seemed to work great for Hunter. - MrsDisneyMommy29 280.3 #1115 12-17-12 10:13PMLikeReply

A lot of people do not know this but if you rub Vick vapor rub on the bottom of their feet it helps with coughing. Put socks on after you put the rub on. I know it sounds crazy, but it helps! - mrscttlemstr 317.2 #858 12-17-12 10:19PMLikeReply

Elevate their head by putting a pillow under the mattress or some rolled up towels - MaidMiriam 308.0 #919 12-17-12 11:58PMLikeReply
I've had problems with asthma/bronchitis since I was a baby. The humidifier helps the coughing. Also, sometimes my mom used to boil water and pour it into a huge bowl. I would drape a towel over my head and around the bowl to trap the steam and breathe in deeply. I still do this when I get a chest cold--it's really soothing. - Spoonful_O_Sugar 641.5 #335 12-18-12 1:01AMLikeReply

This all sounds so cozy. I wish I was under blankets with warm feet and a warm tea with honey☕. I usually give my kids warm honey with a few drops of lemon it, I'll have to try the Vicks on the feet. - phillip... 1371.2 #138 12-18-12 9:11AMLikeReply
