Just a question- people are posting that DL is very crowded today...how come the crowd index is not like at 90 or 95...i've been there at 85- its not that bad. just wondering.

I know someone who works for Disney... In green building off 5. And they told me that when Disney is at capacity they will still let people in. The fire marshal will fine them but because the fine is so small they just pay it.
