Disneyland Talk

Cast Member Appreciation story - I got to the parks around 9 or 10 last night and headed straight to D St. It was the first time I needed a basket for my shopping and I picked up much of what I had been wanting including including a trade. I made my way to Disneyland and carefully held on to my D Street bag on my epic BTMRR ride that was so awesome I had to take a breather on a nearby bench. The late hour meant that I had rides available that I dont usually go on, so I was geeked out to be the last ride for Casey Jr's train for my first experiance! I just started collecting these pins in a mystery series so I was geeked. I exited the ride nearly forgetting my just purchased $3 water (desperately needed). I sat in three different bench locations on my way out.. Deeply breathing in the Disney magic. You can really fill your lungs with it when the parks are clear of crowds. As I stood up from a long visit with the castle I realized I didnt have my D Street bag. I was so lost in my park experiance I just lost track :( I started back at Casey's and the night mechanic crew was already getting to work. Security advised me to go to City Hall and my heart continued to sink as I headed down Main Street because I have never had lost items returned to me. But.. I was nearly certain that I left the bag on Casey and sure enough.. It was waiting for me at City Hall. I cant believe I was so distracted as to leave a $100 Vinylmation purchase with the receipt behind and I can't believe those beautiful Cast Members got the bag back to me. So here was another trip where I am crying in appreciation at City Hall. They said.. "we'll go ahead and take a report on this" and I proceeded to leave a sincere thank you for another CM who shared an awesome pin experiance with me. Sorry for writing a book. I just wanted to share my Disney experiance. It was so touching I extended my trip one more day to enjoy the rain. Have a great day everyone :)
