If anyone missed the intent of your post it was due to your word choice. I'm not going to argue because life is too short and Dave is the last person who needs defending, but who on MW makes songs on video while driving? Deductive reasoning makes me think of Dave. I get what your trying to do, but in the process you have (maybe unintentionally) disrespected a fellow MWer. If it was unintentional, maybe consider editing your post and rewording. I'm in! I will be encouraging my nephews and nieces to do this too! So many teenagers and young adults are still texting and driving. It drives me crazy! I have been there to see the bodies all over the road (sorry for being so graphic) from drinking, tiredness, road rage, and now texting. I cannot text and drive, I either ignore or have to find a safe place to pull over. I think this is a great PSA for the New Years, if you don't drive and (name your vice)_______, don't start, and keep all phones put away. Can we agree that driving "distracted" is the terminology needed here. If we are going to have a PSA let's include everything....drinking and eating while driving, reading, putting on makeup, talking with passengers, changing the radio station/CD/iPod ....all have been known to lead to accidents.
