His countless Disney voice credits include Peter and the Wolf, Bambi, The Jungle book, The Aristocats, Dumbo, The Three Caballeros, Make Mine Music, & Alice in Wonderland. Who's your favorite Sterling Holloway voiced character? ✨ Also on the day in 1936, "Mickey's Polo Team", directed by David Hand, is released. The Mickey Mousers take on the Movie Stars in a manic polo tournament. Animated spectators include Hollywood stars Shirley Temple, Eddie Cantor, W.C. Fields & Clark Gable.
