Day 5 of South Beach Diet. Last week fast food for dinner with See's Candy for dessert. Tonight a homemade Tomato and Leek Frittata with sugar free jello. Not quite as satisfying, but I'll get used to it. How's everyone else doing in the new year?

Actually, the frittata sounds yummy! I'm doing well--just cutting back on junk a bit. I've been at home for the last week and I've had time to destress and go for some nice long runs, eat healthy, get my hair done, go shopping for some new clothes and makeup, etc. We got a NutriBullet for Christmas and both my husband and I are kinda detoxing after the holidays by drinking two veggie smoothies a day, and I totally feel a difference in my energy level right now. My commute is crazy this year--some days I spend 3-4 hours in the car, depending on traffic, and it made me crazy last year, so it's nice to just relax before I start back up. - Spoonful_O_Sugar 526.0 #335 1-7-13 10:19AMLikeReply
