Wait. Really? Eeeewwwww! Where exactly is that? I would not want to see that in person. Unless he's wearing a cape and rescuing me! - meridafan1036.5 #83 1-13-13 11:54AMLike(1) Reply
In this exhibit, there's a Malayan Flying Fox with a wing span of 6 feet, but this one is the Rodriguez Fruit Bat (he has the golden fur). It's the smaller of the two species with a wing span of *only* two and a half feet. - susieQzee 480.8 #247 1-13-13 6:07PM
By the way, there's no glass or anything to block you from their exhibit. The windows are open to the inside of their habitat. Soooo cool! - susieQzee 480.8 #247 1-13-13 6:08PM
Like the sharks I wade with at the Aquarium of the Pacific, these beautiful animals are so misunderstood. They are so incredible. Thank you, Dave. - flukefan266.4 #861 1-13-13 6:13PMLike(1) Reply

Oh, WOW! They are incredible, aren't they? The exhibit is amazing, too. That whole Maharaj Jungle Trek fascinates me. Can't wait to go back! Thanks for this, Dave! - susieQzee480.8 #247 1-13-13 6:00PMLike Reply
