Good morning! I'd like to dedicate this post to a very special girl, Armenda, this is for you doll! This day in Disney history, Jan 23rd, 2006. Monsters, Inc.: Mike & Sulley to the Rescue!, officially opens to the public in DCA. A new dark ride that replaced Superstar Limo, (an attraction that only lasted 11 months after DCA's grand opening). If you remember my post from Jan. 11th, you know that this building sat empty for 4 years! Anxious guests gathered outside the attraction, They were soon joined by a "Stage Tech", who explained that there was a problem-- There was not enough power to start up the ride! He carried a "power meter" & asked the guests to scream, & when that didn't work Sully came out & asked them to laugh! The meter quickly reached 100%. :) Happy birthday Monsters Inc.! the monster inc ride in japan you ride a car similar to toy story mania and ride around with flashlights to find monsters.When monster inc movie then ride *true fact the Japanese audience does not know why we associate Chinese take out boxes (scene from the restaurant) because they don't use them there only in the USA and we invented take out Chinese boxes here. My favorite part is looking at the hidden mickey on sully in the last room where he tells boo she has to go home. it's on the left side of his fur.
