Dinner at Carnation Cafe! So yummy! We started with fried pickles...one of my favorite foods in the parks! The are are lightly breaded, crispy, tangy, and delicious. The girls each had a bowl of baked potato soup. Perfect for a cool evening. It's creamy, hot, and loaded with bacon and huge chunks of potatoes! Hubby and I shared the warm spinach salad with grilled chicken breast. It's served with shitake mushrooms, fried pancetta, eggs, pickles onions, and a warm, tangy pancetta-mustard vinaigrette! Everything was delicious!!
