we need someone, and i don't know who is exactly in charge of making the final call here, i was thinking spandevlover, to just make a schedule and assign things to people. we can brainstorm forever and never get anything done. maybe call for teams of 2, 3, or 4. once you get a team together, ask if they want to do an audio or video podcast. give them a date and a topic (or several) and then they can work on it and between the 2, 3, or 4 of them complete an entire podcast/videocast. if they need outside help they can ask but it's on them. we need set deadlines and guides or else nothing's ever gonna happen besides talking. i also don't know who we would send the final product to or upload it to?

i think a skype chat would be great but it would be hard to get everyone involved in on the same chat. which is why i think one or two people should be in charge of really calling the shots. i'm willing to help but i don't wanna step on toes. maybe make a post to see who wants to be on a podcast team (there are people who just want to help but not be on it). we need people to check this group because it's going to be difficult to get everyone on skype at once. i felt like once we had our groups and our deadlines, THEN those groups could skype within their groups and come to webcast land if they need help with photos (if they want any), topics, writing a script or coming up with questions, news, or editing if need be. - nicoleface  1247.5 #65 1-28-13 10:19PM
i just think more calls for groups chats will keep pushing our dates further and further away from doing something. having a few people set up a plan and having others work around it makes more sense. people can voice concerns with the plans if they have any and we can modify them, but we need something concrete to work with and smaller groups to work with. - nicoleface  1247.5 #65 1-28-13 10:21PM

So then let's do a test show using the stuff we have from the January. This would include New Years, DCA Rose parade float, Three Kings Day, Big Thunder closing for refurb, Tinkerbell Half Marathon, Golden Horseshoe Revue, Blue Bayou Bash and the Disney Infinity announcement.
