we need someone, and i don't know who is exactly in charge of making the final call here, i was thinking spandevlover, to just make a schedule and assign things to people. we can brainstorm forever and never get anything done. maybe call for teams of 2, 3, or 4. once you get a team together, ask if they want to do an audio or video podcast. give them a date and a topic (or several) and then they can work on it and between the 2, 3, or 4 of them complete an entire podcast/videocast. if they need outside help they can ask but it's on them. we need set deadlines and guides or else nothing's ever gonna happen besides talking. i also don't know who we would send the final product to or upload it to?
