The First Disneyland Weight Loss Program
870.6 #257 DL Qual #493 4-9-13 8:12PM
I forgot about this part of MW I need to come here more often. I am on the verge of tears of frustration. I need to loose 25 pounds in 140 days. I'm not sure how I'm going to do it or where I'm going to start. Help please!!
Hi Bubbaloo, welcome back to Chub 33! The deal from your friend sounds like it could be a really good investment, in the short term, to jump start your weight loss and get you started on a work out routine. If you use it as an opportunity to develop a healthy lifestyle that you can sustain long term then it might be the best birthday present you ever gave yourself! Also, if you wanted to check out Weight Watchers, you can do an on line subscription for around $20.00 a month. That gives you access to the plan and the tools to calculate and track your points in your on line tracker. Other than the monthly fee, Weight Watchers is very affordable because you don't buy special meals. You make your own food. But either way, whichever way you choose, we're here to support your efforts and cheer you on!! - vernswifevickie   400.5 #652 4-10-13 6:08AM Like(1)  Reply
That's why I love ww! I do the online program and it works great for me. Plus it's soooo easy to justify $20/month. That's one less meal out, 4 trips to Starbucks, etc.. It is very affordable. Even if you don't join the program just start by focusing on portion control. Measure put your servings, cut out soda, only whole grains, etc. good luck! - LisaMouse7531  410.1 #629 4-10-13 8:18AM
What's the deadline? I know for me I do better if I don't focus on a number but more on healthy choices, etc.. I just signed back up for weight watchers. I had list 30 lbs with it before getting pregnant. I had my baby 12/1 and now I'm back on it! I really like the programs flexibility. - LisaMouse7531   410.1 #629 4-9-13 8:50PM Like  Reply
Wish I could afford weight watchers. I would like to loose that weight for my birthday :) one of my girlfriends is a personal trainer and nutritionist and she said she would charge me 225 for an 8 week course of everything. 85 dollars for 3 weeks for food. I'm debating if I want that to be my birthday present to myself. - BubbaLoo   870.6 #257 4-9-13 11:47PM Like  Reply
