#DCAtrivia Here is some fun with names. The Hyperion bridge was designed after and named for the real Hyperion bridge in Glendale. The Hyperion Theater, home to the Aladdin show, never existed. It is styled after the Los Angeles Theater and the name remembers Hyperion Street which was a Walt Disney Studio location. The Carthay Circle Theater is designed after and named for the real theater where Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs premiered in 1937. Unlike the real theater, which was a theater, our Theater is home to a fantastic lounge and restaurant which are open to the public. It is also home to the exclusive Club 1901 which is available to Club 33 premium members.
The real Hyperion Bridge can be seen in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" - BaseballMickey_CM   6086.1 #13 4-25-13 11:10AM Like(1)  Reply

Wow, I don't think I ever even noticed the "i" being lowercase. I'll try asking around and see if we can figure it out. - idoit4mickeyCM   26.4 #5545 4-25-13 11:21AM Like  Reply
