Today's goal is no fast food as I'm taking my daughter to a dr appointment an hour away. We are gone for about 3 hours total (we do this 2x a week for her treatments). If all goes well we will only need to go 1x a week! I'm allowing myself to get a drink, but no food. Also, I want to continue with my goal of fruit and/or veggies at every meal. This has been quite successful this week. I'm loving everyone's daily goals. Thanks for sharing. Keep it up.
