My goals for today are to weigh myself and to get some exercise in. I just bought a scale yesterday. The scale is my enemy. I avoid it. I need to know where I am to know where I need to be.

I have a home scale and try to only step on it on Fridays for my weekly weigh I'm for ww, but sometimes I cheat. It's amazing how much my weight can fluctuate from day to day so a weekly weigh in is much better for me. - LisaMouse7531410.1 #448 5-25-13 6:43PMLikeReply
