A green smoothie is just basically a fruit/veggie smoothie made with leafy greens. There are tons of different recipes out there, but my current favorite is a mixture of kale and spinach with pineapple and tangerines. I add a little water and blend it up! You can add yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, etc. Green smoothies are great once you get past the color, lol! - Spoonful_O_Sugar  561.4 #316 6-12-13 9:02PM

If you are ever in SLO, DM me and we will go for a hike. It really isn't so bad because the environment is so gorgeous. Time seems to pass quickly, even with a 18-20 min pace.
