My daily goal is to have another good day. Today is day 4 on my new meds. The difference is amazing. It's a welcomed change. It's easy to stay on plan.

That's wonderful! Those meds can really affect our bodies, huh? My whole world changed a few years ago when I adjusted a few things myself. I had no idea how bad and dragged down I was actually feeling until the meds were all out of my system. Have a great day! My goal was to run my 7.5 miles (longest run I've been on since I was in college!) and I accomplished it.
