I plan to take my daughter to the parks on Friday and I really want her to see fantasmic it'll be her first time. Where is a good spot to sit and what time should we get there? Thanks :)
I always sit down way early and grab the up close spots by the rail with my mini. This way she gets time to relax and also can see the show without a problem. We always do the first show because there is no way she would make it til later. In order to do this, you would have to get there a couple hours early.  - warchanted   193.6 #2246 11-6-13 6:02PM Like(1)  Reply
Ive never sat that close, I bet it would be amazing :) the Club 33 viewing area was pretty sweet, though 😜 - MissMolly  1402.6 #158 11-6-13 6:19PM

We love Fantasmic & usually set up about 2 hours in advance. We'll bring a blanket, plop it down then I'll get dinner for everyone and we will sit and eat right there! We sit front & center by the water! :)  - GrimGrinningAmanda   666.9 #363 11-6-13 6:11PM Like  Reply
That's what I plan to do. Thank you :) - adrii86  13.8 #10099 11-6-13 6:53PM
If you can make it to the 2nd show, it's a lot less crowded and less wait. - DLKenCA   3768.2 #50 11-6-13 6:18PM Like  Reply
I don't think she's going to last lol. We plan to be there once the park opens.  - adrii86  13.8 #10099 11-6-13 6:54PM
I've never done it. But $60 per person will get you a great seat, dessert, hot cocoa, etc. The lower section is usually better. Just really try to figure out who might be in front of you. It really is awful for little ones if there is someone tall in front of you. Or you have to hold them like I do for the entire show. Also make sure there isn't anything in front of you. You can probably get there about an hour if you don't want "the best" seats. - DLKenCA  3768.2 #50 11-6-13 8:35PM
If you have some extra money to spare and they have tickets left I would suggest you try the premium dessert package ! It's $60 a person however but it was worth it to me and my fiancé . It was a very magical experience . - MermaidLei   324.8 #901 11-6-13 6:21PM Like  Reply
Wish we could do that but were on a budget lol.  - adrii86  13.8 #10099 11-6-13 6:54PM
Understandable !(: like everyone else said then early arrival is a must ! I hope you two have a great time  - MermaidLei  324.8 #901 11-6-13 6:58PM
wait for the second showing! right after the first showing or right after the fireworks you can swoop in down to the front for a good spot. - nicoleface   1753.2 #120 11-6-13 6:55PM Like  Reply
if you can't make it to second showing, I suggest getting there at least two- three hours before to get a decent spot near the center of ROA. It gets pretty full around 8. - MEHlanie_Mouse   1117.3 #204 11-6-13 6:58PM Like  Reply
A rail spot in the outside patio of  the river belle is pretty good. 2 hours ahead of time, but if you eat dinner and relax it makes it worthwhile - goofydad909   2007.2 #100 11-6-13 7:02PM Like  Reply
