I'm bummed, the webcam is not coming up on my phone. It just shows a big 'Q' on the screen and an arrow for the play button. If your on an iPhone make sure you are on one of the latest OS releases. If your on a droid I don't think it's working there yet. Have seen several droid users post that they can't see it either.
